Crafty Chaos Boutique & Customs was born out of a simple need for creativity and a little bit of chaos. What started as a hobby — making jewelry, wall décor, and small crafts — quickly became a meaningful outlet and, eventually, something much bigger.

In late April of 2023, life took an unexpected turn. After a routine sinus surgery, I experienced serious complications that landed me in the ICU. Just months later, my partner, Tanner, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia. In the middle of fear and uncertainty, crafting became more than a hobby — it became therapy, purpose, and hope.

By April 2024, life had settled enough for us to dream again. I invested in a couple of craft lasers and officially launched Crafty Chaos Boutique & Customs. We spent that first summer learning, growing, and connecting with our community at local markets and vendor fairs. However, in March 2025, our world shifted once more when we learned Tanner’s leukemia had returned. Facing a long hospital stay out of state for his bone marrow transplant, we made the decision to move our business almost entirely online. What started as a way to heal and create has now become a way to support our family through the hardest times.

Nearly very piece you see in our shop is handmade with love, resilience, and a little bit of chaos — because life isn’t always perfect, but it can still be beautifully crafted. While many of our items are handmade in-house, please note that our apparel is designed by us but produced and fulfilled by a trusted third-party partner to help us bring our creative vision to life.
